I’m excited to introduce my new workshop, Finding Calm and Stillness — inspired by Brené Brown and designed especially for those women navigating peri and post-menopause. In this 90-minute session, I’ll guide you through holistic practices to ease overwhelm and anxiety, and manage your symptoms with ease, balance, and grace.

This is your invitation to connect with your heart and body. No yoga experience is required. This will be a safe space.

WHAT YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH

  • Breathing techniques to calm our fight and flight response

  • Gentle movements to open the body and the heart

  • Meditation

  • Post session healthy snacks and a chance to connect with other inspiring women

  • Time: 2.00pm-3.30pm

  • Where: OneSpace Collective, 63 Bassett Street, MONA VALE

  • Investment: $30.00 pp

All equipment is provided, including yoga mat, bolster, blocks and eye mask.
